School Field Trips

Nursery school field trips in the past have included visiting a pumpkin farm, going apple picking, a walk to the local ice cream shop, touring the fire station, and other fun and memorable outings. Our field trip activities vary based on the season.  Siblings are welcome if accompanied by a parent.

Holiday Plant Sales

During the holiday season we partner with a local nursery to raise funds for the school. The plants are reasonably priced and beautiful. What an easy way to support the nursery school, seasonal decorating, and your garden!

Parents Day/Night Out

Have a night out!  Have an afternoon without the kids! The children come to school and enjoy time with friends for a few hours while parents have the opportunity to enjoy time alone running errands, having a quiet dinner or just sitting reading a book at a local cafe.  Children are supervised by teachers and students in the community looking to find families to babysit for.   Siblings are welcome within a certain age range.  Times and dates vary.

Annual Auction

Please join us for a wonderful evening of food, fun and bidding!  The auction is kindly held at the home of a generous classmate and parents get together to raise money for the school.  

Birthdays

On their birthday students are welcome to bring in a special treat to share with their classmates at snack time. Is there a favorite book you and your child read over and over and over....and over again? Donate a copy of the book in honor of your child's birthday to the nursery school library!

Lunch Bunch

Once a month students have the opportunity to stay for an hour after school and have lunch with their classmates and teachers.  Students need to bring a non-refrigerated PEANUT FREE and TREE NUT FREE lunch and beverage for themselves.  There is a $10 fee for your child to participate. All Lunch Bunch money goes right back to the school, it's our most popular fundraiser and the kids love it.
